Authentic Czech 10° brewed in two mashes from Pilsner and Zatec’s hops. It has a balanced body and a lot of typical bitterness. Forget about draught beer that tastes like water, our Předák is nothing like that.

This beer was cold brewed out of a new hop kind, Saaz Shine. It is a fresh, light beer with great smell and medium bitterness full of flower tones. The bitterness is light, and we can brew such beer just once a year, right after harvesting.

A bread-like and bitter taste of this beer and the traditional golden color with a dense white foam make it a product that comes to your mind when someone says “beer”. The mashing process is repeated twice, with the use of a pilsner malt and Zatec’s hops. We used ripening hops from Zatec (Zatecky polorany cervenak) and Bohemia, one of Zatec´s newer hops.
