Nevada is a classic APA with a light malt body, strong hop smell and medium bitterness. The American Citra and Cascade hops make Cobolis Nevada smell like citruses (esp. tangerines), elderflower, and a little bit like spices. It has a light malt body, the bitterness of a lemon zest and long fruity tones. Cobolis Nevada is overall a light and fresh beer. We got this inspiration from Beer Factory brewery.

A bread-like and bitter taste of this beer and the traditional golden color with a dense white foam make it a product that comes to your mind when someone says “beer”. The mashing process is repeated twice, with the use of a pilsner malt and Zatec’s hops. We used ripening  hops from Zatec (Zatecky polorany cervenak) and Bohemia, one of Zatec´s newer hops.

Cobolis Franklin got its name from one of the Founding Fathers, Benjamin Franklin. He was part and parcel of the arguments between the Royal family and the Colonies that later became The United States of America. Our Non-IPA is the same, brewed in American style from American hops (Sabro, Citro, and Casscade), but it is also fermented with new English yeasts which come from Verdant Brewing.co brewery. Such yeasts give this beer a typical taste for a Non-IPA type, but compared to American yeast, they ferment the beer a little less, and so Franklin is more complex and a little stronger

Yellostone is a place where the West Coast Imperial IPA beer style was born. Our Yellowstone is a true American – with its Pale Ale malt, Summit and Ekuanot American hops and American yeast. It has a citrus like smell with a drop of tree needles and its taste is fruity and bitter. In the end it is bitter and fresh. Yellowstone is a straightforward strong beer, just like the grizzly bear.

A black winter dessert with beige foam that smells like chocolate, cocoa, dried red fruit and brandy. It tastes like chocolate with tones of dried plums, caramel and coffee with a drop of brandy. It is a strong, full, round and warm beer that will remind you of dark chocolate with liquor filling. Its 10% volume is very noticeable. This beer is appropriate as a digestive or an evening dessert by a fireplace.
