Popis

It is known that beer was made since ancient times and Ancient Greece was not an exception. While Aeschylus talks about “barley mead”, Xenophon is serving “barley wine” in his Anabasis. “Barley wine” is one of the known beer styles nowadays. Barley Wine Xenophon is a half and half with a strong malt scent, and hop undertones. It tastes a little like biscuits, caramel, milk chocolate and candied fruit. Apart from the bitterness, the hops give Xenophon some spiciness and a light mint taste. We will let it up to you how tasty is the colorful palette of this beer. Ales Dvorak from Budweiser said that he smelled rosehip sauce when he tasted it.
