Popis
A new beer style which originated in Social Kitchen & Brewery in San Francisco, USA. It is highly fermented, dry and extremely brewed but not very bitter IPA. The hops make the special smell and taste: gooseberries, white wine, citruses, tropical fruit and a drop of tree needless. The tasteful hops replace the residual extract of the beer and so it is a fresh and tasty beer. We made this Brut IPA in collaboration with Ochutnávková pivnice, thank you, Elf, for the inspiration and your comments on the recipe.
