Popis

Brut IPA was first brewed in San Francisco as a strong and highly fermented beer. Its dryness is similar to champagne thanks to its specific mashing process, the surrogation of rice or corn and the use of enzymes. That is why we call it Brut. The amount of hops that is put into this beer (even when cold) is what makes it an IPA. We consider it to be so good that it could become the symbol of San Francisco (like the Phoenix). This beer is an 8° with the strength of an 11°, fully fermented and full of citrus flavor together with tropical and earthy hops Amarillo, Victoria Secret and Ekuanot.
