This smoked beer, in German Rauchbier, truly tastes like smoked meat and smells like a smokehouse. Besides the smokiness, which the beer got from its malt that was smoked (dried with smoke from wood), you can also taste caramel tones and the distinct bitterness and spiciness of the hops used for this beer.
